The food was very good. I received an upgraded room and it was lovely! The service met my expectations. I booked a pedicure in the spa. The pedicure was wonderful.
The pillows were very lumpy, so I had a bit of trouble sleeping.

I found the staff to be very cute and eager to help. The food was amazing, easily ranking among the best meals I have experienced. The spa offered a variety of options and my time seemed like a true escape. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
My room was at the top, and I had a heavy suitcase, so it was difficult. Some things like water and biscuits were not restocked, annoying. It is only a small issue though.
